Since all our items are special order and custom made merchandise all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of delivery in order for us to correct the situation. Custom made & personalized items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Non-custom items may be exchanged for store credit only if the items have not been opened or damaged in any way. This credit can be used on any of our 15 websites. We will gladly reproduce any custom order if we made a mistake on our end. Returns & Exchanges must be approved prior to any merchandise being shipped back. Please contact customer service for an RMA before retuning merchandise.
Many of our items are hard to find collector items.
In order to carry such a vast array of products some items must be special ordered from the manufacturer. Therefore refund requests are only granted if the item ordered is no longer available or takes longer than 30 days to ship. No exchanges or returns on custom ordered items or materials. We will exchange for store credit non custom items if you are not fully satisfied. If there is a problem or a defect with any item received we will replace that item in a timely manner. There will be a 30% order processing charge on any refunds.
